By accessing or using our Restaurant POS service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Restaurant POS provides a cloud-based point-of-sale and restaurant management platform. Our service includes order management, payment processing, inventory management, reporting, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

• Maintain the security of your password and identification

• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. If you fail to pay applicable fees, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service

• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code

• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without authorization

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Restaurant POS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the service. We will use your data only as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restaurant POS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Restaurant POS operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
